南京大学物理学院副教授,博士生导师。2011年本科毕业于南京大学物理学院,2015年获得南京大学物理学博士学位。2015年-2017年在南京大学从事博士后研究。2017年-2021年为美国加州大学河滨分校博士后及项目科学家。2021年入选“国家海外高层次人才引进计划”,2022年正式加入南京大学。在Nature, Science, Physical Review Letters, Nature Communications等国际学术期刊上,以主要作者身份发表论文30余篇,h-index 27,引用超过3000次。受邀担任Physical Review Letters, Physical Review X, Nature Communications, Physical Review B, Nano Letters等期刊审稿人。
利用微区光谱学、多维度光电流、低温电子输运等手段研究低维量子材料的光学和电子学性质。近年来,对二维半导体特别是新型莫尔超材料(moiré superlattice)做了较系统和深入的研究,例如激子在极低温强磁场下(磁场~31 T)下的独特性质,以及激子与其他准粒子态之间的相互作用等。以第一作者在Nature发表文章,首次观测到莫尔三激子态(moiré trion),揭示了莫尔激子与电子之间的新奇相互作用。同时作为主要作者,利用电场调制光谱学首次测量到了莫尔激子态(moiré exciton)的吸收谱,为研究莫尔量子态的本征性质提供了实验支持,相关成果发表在Science上。
