报告人简介:
Shao-Chun Li is currently a full Professor of Physics at Nanjing University, China, where he became a faculty in 2012. He has been educated in China (PhD, Institute of Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing 2005) and USA (post-docs, Penn State Univ., UT Austin/PNNL, Tulane, and Harvard). He has been long-term engaged the research of low-dimensional quantum materials, combining the advanced methods in the fields of physics, chemistry and materials, to discover and tune new quantum materials, with the motivation for exploring their potential applications. Dr. Li has published totally more than 60 papers in highly impacted journals such as Science, Science Advances, Nature materials, Nature communications, Physical Review Letters, Journal of American Chemical Society, and Advanced Materials etc.
报告摘要:转角或者晶格失配可以在二维材料的界面处形成莫尔周期,为调控电子结构提供了一个新的自由度。在本工作中,我们利用分子束外延技术构建了具有不同转角的1T-TiTe2/1T-TiSe2异质结构,并且利用扫描隧道显微镜在TiTe2中观测到由于莫尔周期导致的增强电荷密度波态。在0度转角附近,显著的2×2电荷密度波态和1×1的正常态交替镶嵌在莫尔周期内。这种电荷密度波态的形成归结于原子重构造成的局部应力涨落,并且转变温度在室温以上。然而,在大转角的情况下,并没有电荷密度波态形成。
