在天津大学精密仪器与光电子工程学院获得学士和硕士学位,在美国Arkansas大学Fayetteville分校物理系获得博士学位。博士毕业后在美国Texas大学Austin分校物理系和美国Rochester大学化学系先后从事博士后科研工作。2010年开始在南京大学物理学院任教授、博士生导师,2013年至今担任光电科学系主任职务。目前为中国光学学会理事和江苏省光学学会副理事长,以及NatureNat. Nanotechnol.Nat. Commun.J. Am. Chem. Soc.Adv. Mater.Nano Lett.ACS NanoSmallNanoscaleLaser Photonics Rev.Appl. Phys. Lett.J. Phys. Chem. Lett.J. Chem. Phys.Adv. Opt. Mater.Nano Research等学术期刊审稿人。

光学原理

研究领域

半导体纳米材料的光学特性研究,主要侧重于胶体纳米晶、自组织量子点和单壁碳纳米管等受限量子体系的单粒子和超快光谱特性测量,以及上述材料与等离激元、光子晶体和微腔等光学结构的耦合相互作用,为其在激光、发光二极管、光探测器、太阳电池、生物成像和量子信息处理等方面的应用提供学术思路并探索实用化方案。目前承担的科研项目围绕着单个半导体纳米结构的单光子发射、能量转移、载流子倍增和相干光学等方面展开。
