南京大学原子制造研究院院长、南京原子制造研究所所长、南京原子团簇与器件制造研究院院长。

科技委原子制造主题专家组组长、工信部原子级制造方案专家组组长、基金委原子制造物质科学基础战略论坛召集人、科技委重大专项总体专家组成员;原子制造大科学装置首席科学家;基金委、科技部、工信部、科工委评审专家;国家科技奖评审人。

国家杰出青年基金获得者,教育部新世纪优秀人才,教育部首批青年长江学者,基金委优秀青年基金获得者,中国物理学会原子分子物理专业委员会委员,获2019年江苏省物理学会杰出青年奖。任《Adv. Phys. X 》、《Nanotechnology》、《Nano Future》、《中国物理快报》等杂志编委。
