个人简历
1969年12月生,1995年7月南京大学博士毕业,东南大学博士后、德国德累斯顿工业大学访问学者,2003年起任南京大学教授、博导。发表SCI论文100余篇,先后主持省部级以上科研项目12项。曾获教育部提名国家自然科学二等奖(排名第二)、教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划、国家杰出青年科学基金、江苏省十大青年科技之星。现为中国物理学会电介质物理专业委员会委员、中国硅酸盐学会微纳技术分会理事会理事。
研究方向:铁电体介电体物理学、铁性材料的扫描探针显微镜研究、纳米结构材料设计与制备、磁电功能材料
